Expectations on buying or selling are Not the way they should be. Sad and true in today's expectation. Realtors on both sides Do Not represent the buyer or seller as they should do. Sad and true. Forget about the laws, and obligations as a realtor to represent a buyer or seller. No one out there really cares about the buyer or seller. Just like this, whatever You want to call it, Does it really matter to the buyer or seller?

Purchasing a home when you live out of state is very challenging, Katie was very helpful in assisting us with meeting flooring contractors at the property when we weren’t available to be there. Providing names and numbers of local handymen, landscapers, pool guy and whatever else we needed since we currently don’t know anyone. She made our home buying experiences a fun experience.
