Katie really helped me get my home ready to sell, provided great marketing and MLS exposure, and helped me navigate through an offer that was later retracted. While I was stressing out, she remained calm the whole time, assuring me that we would get a serious buyer with a solid offer, and then worked hard to bring in a full price offer (this was in 2020 before buyers started paying above asking!) that we did see through to closing! She was easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions and concerns, and cooperated with me fully throughout the process. This is Anna's husband Jack. Anna is unable to perform communications by PC or cell phone due to suffering several strokes. Much of the effort required of Katie occurred after we moved from Arizona to Missouri Therefore, good communication between client and agent had to be done remotely between the two sites. At no time did Anna feel confused or uncertain as Katie did her job through each step promptly and with accuracy. We always knew when each step of the process was complete.
