Jake is very knowledgeable about every step of the process in home buying. He gets things done quickly and efficiently and is very communicative and helpful! He knew all the resources and connections needed to get any extra services and was always willing to go the extra mile to help make the process easy. I am so grateful to him and for making this process so smooth, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Jake is an excellent agent and a lot of fun to work with. He has assisted us on both the buy and sell sides, and in both cases, he has been honest, serious, and extremely competent. He also has a knack for making what appears to be a mountain of work, like selling a house during the offseason (September), an easy and painless experience; he had us under contract in less than a week. What we appreciated most during both engagements was his responsive communication and his "let's solve the problem" attitude.

We are so grateful that we found Jake and his team. He helped us look at houses in the area when the market wasn't doing so great, and he was extremely helpful, kind and he took the time to listen to our needs/desires for a new home. We ended up not buying a new house at that time but we knew he would be the one we wanted to list our home when the time came and we are so glad that we did! He kept us as informed as possible and did his best to reassure us that things would work out. He made our home selling experience as painless as possible. He's friendly, funny, knowledgeable and hard working. The only reason we aren't using him for the next home we buy is because we are moving to the other side of the country. Thanks for everything guys!

Jake Hinson……… we’d need a book for our experience. My now wife and I COULD not recommend a better realtor! This will be the third home I have bought and this is the best experience I have had with a realtor. I thought my last realtor was the best and don’t get me wrong he was great but Jake and his team exceed all expectations and went above the 5 star rating I can provide. My wife and I looked for our home for over a year with Jake, he showed us countless homes and sometimes the same one multiple times while compensating our insane schedules. He would work all hours of the day and from any country while he was on vacation and taking care of personal matters. In his absence there was never a time his team didn’t step up and treat us as their top priority in his place. Then when we found our home there were some unfortunate events that led to the deal not working out but while out of town ourselves he reach out to us and had the deal back on weeks later. To go beyond that we closed only one day after the original closing date through his relationships he has built in the industry making dreams come true! Let’s add the fact that I know I’m in no way an easiest client either ! Thank you Jake and thank you to those that worked with him to bring us to our home tor grow our boys in!

Jake is an excellent realtor. I worked with him when I bought my house in Christiansburg and loved him so much, I worked with him again when we sold. He is knowledgable, friendly, and really looks out for his clients. You won't be disappointed! I cannot recommend him enough!

Jake is an effective agent and a great guy! I highly recommend working with him if you are moving to the Blacksburg area. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Again, highly recommend working with Jake!

Myself and my Husband absolutely adore Jake. Jake has helped us tremendously with all aspects of purchasing and buying our home. He's is ALWAYS available and has grown to be a good friend. He is highly recommended by us.

Such a nice guy. His communication is what sets him apart from everyone else. He did everything we asked and always had a great attitude. He even set up cleaning services for us when we moved in. He made the process as simple as it can be. He made you feel like he truly cared if you found something you wanted. In other words, he didn’t make you feel like he just wanted money/a paycheck. Very thankful him and everything he done for us.

Jake and his team did a fantastic job for me when I moved to the area from another state. They took time to go with me to a variety of listings and were patient with me when I was not sure about exactly what I wanted. The sale was complicated with many unusual components (none due to Jake and his team), and the Hinson team handled each obstacle professionally and gracefully. The entire team was terrific to work with and helped me long after closing find professionals to connect with to assist with yard maintenance and moving. I can not say enough about the wisdom, negotiation skills, timely response, and ease of working with the Jake Hinson team. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to my friends and relatives needing real estate services!

Jake was wonderful in accommodating our schedule. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. He’s gone above and beyond responding and making sure I was ready for closing!

Jake did a great job in selling our house. He kept us up to date and Kelsey was emailing and texting with info so we knew exactly what was going on. Jake and the Hinson Team are professional and friendly and will get your house sold quickly. Hinson Team are the best in the NRV.
