Kristi went above and beyond trying to find a property that suited my budget and needs. Her communication and coordination was perfect! She communicated in a timely fashion at ALL hours of the day. She even called me on a Saturday night after 9pm to coorinate with my selling realtor since thus was a more convenient time for me as a nightshift nurse. If I had a question or needed information she would get me the information I needed in a matter of MINUTES. I needed to contact an electrician and the electric company and she got me contact info within 30 minutes. If you need a realtor that will work HARD for you, Kristi is your Realtor!

When I began my search for a home, I had originally tried to work with other agents. Not one agent I attempted to work with even asked what I was in the market for or showed any effort whatsoever. I was referred to Kristi and told her I was looking for a house under 250k, 3 bed/2 bath, decent shape but room for upgrades and with a chunk of land. By 8 am the next morning, we had 3 showings and by 10am, she had me set up with a local lender AND had an offer in place on EXACTLY what I asked for - down to the T!! (Even 20k less than expected!) She was communicative, helpful and never left me in the dark. You're the best, Kristi!! Thank you!

I met Kristi through my dear departed mother. My mother insisted Kristi be my realtor when I purchased my first Cumberland County property. That went so well, there was only one choice of realtor when I sold it. I admit, I am not easiest client to work with. I drive hard bargains and I want what I want.
