Jeffrey was our real estate agent in three transactions in 2021,2022 and 2023. He was the selling agent for a rental property we owned, he served as the buyer’s agent when we purchased a lot for building, and he was the selling agent when we sold our residence this year. As he sold our properties, he gave good advice on preparing the properties to sell quickly. The listing price he suggested was based on solid information, and both homes sold quickly and very close to the asking price. Tanya was our agent to buy a house in the Kona area (most of it remotely) along with another family member. Throughout the process, Tanya’s service was exceptional, taking into account, the requirements of 2 families. She spent several days showing us properties when we visited the Big Island and continued looking and showcased properties via video recordings after our visit. She proactively identified properties, recorded the viewing and spent hours on the phone answering questions.
