You will not find anyone more knowledgeable about the market on Kauai or more experienced in what it takes to purchase a home in such a challenging environment. It took almost a year to sell our house on the mainland before we were able to make an offer on our forever home, a condo in Poipu, but Dani stayed with us and kept in constant communication. When we were ready to do a house hunting trip Dani showed us what we wanted to see and helped us stay within what we wanted to spend. Lori was very familiar with our condo complex and with our condo itself as she was also our short-term vacation rental agent. Based on lots of direct experience, she had a keen knowledge and feeling for the real estate market in the Poipu resort area on the south coast of the island of Kauai, Hawaii. She helped us enormously when determining the listing price. This helped us get a top sales price, at the time, for our sized unit in our condo complex. A big part of determining our listing price was a firm belief that we had a top-notch furnished product to sell, with a great layout, with great ocean views, and was located in an excellent condo complex. Lori correctly spotted a very interested prospective buyer at the very first open house. She was skilled in marketing the property with just the right amount of helpful information and selling points, and she did offer and hold many additional showings to essentially lock in the buyer. It worked! She was quite helpful in guiding us through the back and forth negotiations with the prospective buyer. She helped us come up with a negotiation strategy that worked. We definitely felt that we did not leave any money on the table in this deal. Lori was a pleasure to work with. Always even tempered and very responsive to our questions. If she didn't know an answer, then she always had a very very knowledgeable broker (who ran the agency she worked for) who she could go to for the correct answer. She was available to help us through the closing process and getting us set up with a top notch escrow agent and company. Closing was smooth and accurate.
