From the first point of contact, Sherri offered her expertise and was helpful through every step. She carefully explained and followed up on every document. Knowing that we were in good hands, we were able to relax and trust the process. Everything went smoothly, with a great outcome. Thank you so much for helping us.

We marketed our property when the Hawaiian market was going through a very difficult phase for Sellers. Sherri anticipated the challenges we would face with our deal and prepared us for every curveball. We needed someone with the expertise to navigate these challenges, and we trusted her advice and experience with Buyers and Sellers in a very unique marketplace. She gave us accurate and perceptive “reads” on each potential Buyer, and expertly steered us through challenging negotiations. When we were down, Sherri propped us up and kept us focused on what we needed to do to make our deal happen. We ended up with a perfect Buyer that we were excited to work with!

Pamela is an excellent real estate agent. Her communication was stellar, and she went the extra mile to assist us with the acquisition process, which was especially helpful since we reside out of state. We very much appreciate all of Pam's help, and she became a friend in the process.

Pam was my agent in two high-value deals (buying and selling). She has deep knowledge of the Maui market. She communicates well and is accessible day and night to answer questions and take action to keep the deal on track. You can't ask for a better agent.

Pamela is a true professional. She has guided us through 2 different purchases over the past 5 years. The first was during Covid when we purchased a property long distance while living on the mainland. Through video calls and many emails and texts, Pamela made us feel comfortable with completing the transaction. The second was just a few months ago and we were fortunate to work with her this time in person. Her extensive knowledge of Maui real estate and her calm, professional approach is greatly appreciated during what can be a very stressful event! Pamela has great negotiation skills (and did I mention patience!) and we could not be happier with how both transactions turned out. We are in our new home for the holidays! We will not hesitate to list with her in the future if/when we decide to sell. Mahalo Pamela!

Pam Reader is a fantastic Real Estate agent with intimate knowledge of the West Maui Real Estate market. Pam was instrumental in finding us our ideal second home. With Pam’s help, we looked at condos and homes while on vacation over multiple years. Pam assisted in evolving our realization of what would work best for us. Pam is a great listener and that aided in evolving our focus on what would work best for us from a vacation rental to a home that will be available for our use any time that we desire. Additionally, Pam is very proactive in finding answering to our many questions and resolving issues.

We highly recommend Pam for any real estate needs you might have! She represented us when we sold our home last year, and she also just helped us purchase a new one! We have worked with many realtors, and Pam is (by far) the best we have ever had! We loved how she wasn't just trying to get a deal finalized but really cared about our needs, no matter how little they might have seemed. Pam worked hard when there were some difficult negotations (in both deals) and was always professional, knowledgeable, and caring. We really couldn't have asked for a better realtor to represent us, on both ends, and are so grateful!

Pam is the best of the best! We have worked with Pam for two separate transactions on Maui and had wonderful experiences both times. Pam is organized, efficient, incredibly responsive, and kept us on schedule every step of the way. A long-time Maui resident, she is very well-connected in the world of real estate, and is also a joy to work with.
