We had an amazing experience working with Clarence as our real estate agent. When we first met, we told him that we were looking for a property with at least an acre of land, close to the city, and with a guest house or a multi-generational floorplan that could be used for Airbnb. We also wanted some sort of view. To our surprise, Clarence was able to find a property that exceeded our expectations. He found us a stunning 4,000 sqft home, with a separate 2,000 sqft barn and a 400 sqft studio on a whopping FOUR ACRES with an Atlanta zip code, in a safe and quickly developing area of the city.
