Amanda is an amazing talent. She knows the market and what it takes to to sell a home in rough times. My home was unique and required a buyer with a specific floor plan requirement. Amanda worked tirelessly to find that buyer. She was able to sell the home to a couple who never saw it in person. After the inspection she personally used her own resources to correct any discrepancy. The best way I can describe her efforts to sell my home is like she made it “her life’s work” to get the job done. AND SHE DID!

Amanda was recommended by my sister when I was handed a mess from a probate case. From day one, I knew she had the knowledge and heart that I needed to get this house sold.
