I initially explored selling to one of those online cash offer deals, I was attracted to getting through fast without showings etc but their offer was lacking. When I did a check on Zillow, the first comparable sale that displayed was for a significant higher amount which not included in this offer. I knew Amanda was the right choice when she showed up to our first meeting with that comparable sale in her hand. Her professional managing of this sale was superb, from professional photography to keeping me informed, she was excellent! The end result was a sale that netted me more than twice the amount offered by the online company. You won't go wrong with Amanda.
