Amanda assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for. Now with the constant fluctuation of the housing market, she has the knowledge of the market areas and house amenities. Whether you are looking for rental income, transitional or forever home, she is the realtor for the job. She is professional, personable and always responds to text, phone and email. Highly recommend as buying or selling agent!!!

Needed to find a house on a budget, Amanda treated us like we were buying a million dollar home. Always responded to texts or emails. Very understanding if there was something we didn't understand. And most importantly, she was honest with us. Never sugar coated problems, was always upfront telling us what was going on. If a time came and we needed to sell, I would use Amanda to sell our home.

Amanda is the best realtor in the world! She went above and beyond the scope of her responsibility in getting my property sold at the asking price. We had a pending contract with a potential buyer and they backed out and she called me back the very next day and said we have a cash buyer. It was a done deal in less than two weeks! I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!

I've been investing in real estate in the central Florida area for the last 5 years or so, but until recently I never invested in manufactured homes. Earlier this year when flips were just imposable to find, Amanda suggested that I take a look at some vacant lots and possibly move a late model manufactured home. I was a little skeptical, but gave it shot. It was my best margin to date! I have said it many times, and I'm sure I'll say it again, Amanda is a professional. Her attention to detail is on par with any professional in any industry. Watching her over the past few years I have come to the conclusion that the reason she is as good as she is, is because she truly cares. She cares about her clients, and she cares about her charter. Amanda Harrison, and Harrison Real Property Group is definitely the real estate brokerage you want on your team!!

As an investor one of the more critical elements of the industry is knowing the local market. A bad purchase price can destroy a deal. I have to say it took me a short while to trust her numbers, but after multiple deals I have now come to this conclusion! If I'm in limbo on making a purchase because of a low margin, I just trust her opinion, and in five years she has never been wrong. It's simple, she just knows what she is doing. To be honest, if she had time, she should be teaching seminars!

Amanda made the process of selling our home seamless. She was concerned about our well being all while taking care of the buyers. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to handle our sales

As I have said in a previous review, there is no better real estate professional in central Florida. In this review I want to focus on her customer service. Amanda's customer service is impeccable. There is rarely a time when she doesn't answer a call, and if she can't answer, she always calls back! If you are an investor and buy/sale on a regular basis you understand how uncommon that is. Just take my word for her. There is no better!!

I am an investor in central Florida, and I will use no one else! Her knowledge of the real estate industry is unmatched! I have done multiple deals with Amanda, and it's truly rare when you find a professional and I do not use that word lightly, that is as competent. She has more knowledge than the mortgage broker, than the title company, and she even has the ability to correct the home inspector. If you do not use her, you are wasting time and money!!
