Amanda was endlessly patient with 2 people whose tastes don't always align! She listened to both of us, and before many showings, could tell what we would like or not like as much about a home we were going to tour. We ended up weighing 2 very different properties before deciding, and her gentle food for thought on considerations for each was helpful. She was fabulous through the offer on the home we purchased, back and forth countering, addressing issues on our inspection, and then on through closing and move in!! She really helped us understand the market for our home, and how to think about both the initial listing and when to make an adjustment to our list price or repairs/updates we made given specific feedback from showings and market conditions.
