Me and my wife can’t possibly thank Cody enough for how he conducts himself and his business. When we decided it was time to leave our home behind and find a quieter place, we knew we had an uphill battle ahead of us and expected the worst after hearing so many nightmare home buying stories. I wont say it wasn’t stressful because there’s really no way around it, but having someone as calmly collected and straightforward as Cody in our corner was a godsend. We had a long list of must haves on a budget that really didn’t work in today’s market, but Cody never tried to get us to settle for less in order to secure the sale and always kept our anxiety at ease during the process. Instead of trying to rush us through, he always maintained that “I know it feels like a lot right now, but I promise the right house for you is out there and we’re going to find it” and “the right house is always available at the right time. It’ll happen.” Well he was right! We found a gorgeous 1906 farmhouse in the middle of nowhere that checked all the boxes and fell just within budget with the offer we submitted.. I legitimately don’t know how we would’ve made it through this process with everything else going on in life without someone like Cody on our side. I can’t possible recommend him enough.

Stacey was great throughout the entire process. We weren't 100% certain that we wanted to build, but she was willing to sit with us and walk through everything regardless. When we decided to move forward and it came time to start making decisions, she was invested and wanted to make sure we were excited about each detail. She found countless pictures, asked the build team questions, etc.. to make sure we have everything we needed along the way. Even when we wanted to change or add things throughout the process, she was there with us and got it done. The week before closing we found something cosmetic we weren't completely in love with and she took it and ran making sure it got done in a way that we were happy with. Far beyond what we would have expected. Now, after having closed over two months ago she is still available for questions and follow up, despite no obligation on her end to do so. I'd recommend working with Stacey, having already recommended her to family. I would absolutely do it again

Stacey stepped in to help our family during a difficult time. We were in the middle of a big move and needed to sell our current home expeditiously. She is very professional, informative and will fight for you to the end to ensure you are protected. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for her help. Not to mention she literally sold the home in 24 hours!!! Outside of being an awesome realtor. Stacey is a great person who absolutely LOVES what she does. And trust me that’s a bonus! It’s hard to find a professional who goes the extra mile to make sure your needs are met and not make you feel like a bother. If I was every in the market again…I would not hesitate to work with Stacey. Honestly, she would be my first and ONLY choice. There aren’t enough words to convey all of the good things we could say about her. During this process she’s not only become the “only realtor” for me but also a friend.
