Words cannot clearly describe the excellent, above & beyond service that we received from Nicole Tavares of Keller Williams Realty. She was knowledgeable and understanding of our wants & needs, and very accessible. She was prompt in getting back to us with responses to any questions or concerns we had and always clear in her explanations. This was especially important because we were first time home buyers and really had NO idea what we were doing. Her face to face interactions and phone/email correspondence with us were always very professional and friendly. We never once felt pressured into making a offer on a property we weren't sure about and we never once felt like we were bothering her in anyway with our search for the perfect home. We felt that Nicole wasn't just about "making the sale" but was instead dedicated to helping us and genuinely cared about us find our dream home. Her patience and flexibility was very much appreciated when it came to scheduling so many (A LOT) of showings at our convenience. I also wanted to mention that my husband and I needed recommendations for so many different things to even just get the house-buying process started, and every single person/company that Nicole referred us to were incredible in terms of customer service and cooperation. I would NOT hesitate to recommend Nicole to anyone that is looking for a realtor. In fact it would be my pleasure to be able to refer such an outstanding individual to my family, friends, and acquaintances. In the event that we should need realty services in the future, I will not have far to look as I am confident that I would once again choose Nicole Tavares.
