•Tim was very up front with the expectations for the sale of the property. He took time to explain all the different scenarios and likely outcomes in which he was spot on. He never gave up on the difficult sale and followed every lead as far as it could go. Tim held my desire for the sale in high regard and made my part in it very simple and hands off. He worked well with the tenants and the showings and the attorneys and kept all the piece moving. I really appreciated how he was willing to call or text anytime to keep me in the loop and verify my decision at each milestone. I would recommend Tim to literally everyone trying to buy or sell property.
