I am very glad i was put into contact with Lani. She helped me through all of the tough parts and helped me pick a house I feel is perfect for me. Without her help I would have given up a long time ago. I highly recommend her and will tell every one I find looking to buy to call her first. I feel like Lani had my best interest in mind when helping me look at houses and pointing out all of the things I missed. She is very knowledgeable about all of the things to look for when buying that I never would have thought of.

"Lani was referred to us, and we could not have been happier with the service she provided. Lani was open and honest with us, politely challenged us to make sure we were considering all the factors (good and bad), and made decisions with those things in mind. When making the initial offer, as well as adding the addendum based on the inspection, she helped us find the line between what was best for us, but was also respectful to the sellers. She was also very encouraging and kept in contact during periods where we simply had to wait for responses. We plan to use Lani to sell our current home in the future, and to refer her to anyone that needs a realtor."

Being a first time buyer I had no idea what I was doing. I am very young and buying a house myself I didn’t have the thought I would find this huge amazing house with my budget. Lani helped me know to not get discouraged, to take the houses I liked and got out bid on, and the houses I didn’t like to find the house that was perfect for me.
