•Katherine was amazing! The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent the entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time home buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Katherine Clarke does it, shes the best. I recommend her without hesitation.
Carlos gave excellent advice on pricing the house, and on selecting from among the offers. He was persistent, having to get this house under contract three different times (which he easily did). The first buyer backed out after inspection, the second buyer backed out and lost their deposit money to us, then finally after a third round we got it sold. Throughout this entire affair, Carlos always had a very upbeat, positive attitude, and was always quick and diligent in getting the things done to make the buyers happy. Ready for the first open house: done! Documentation problems: done! A/C repair: done! Soffit repair: done! Everything that came up, Carlos tended to right away. Additionally, he was always readily available for my questions or concerns, and always cheerful and supportive.
