The first time we looked at houses she showed me a variety that made her able to better understand what I wanted. For instance, she showed me one that could be great with a lot of remodeling. I said not thanks. Want move in ready and don't want to remodel a lot. She was able to pinpoint what I was looking for by showing me houses that offered all that variety.
