Living in Canada and trying to find a vacation home is not easy. That being said, Beverly made it as smooth and painless as possible. Her knowledge of the areas in Florida we were interested in is excellent and her willingness to explore matters she is not familiar with is awesome. Bev managed a 6 unit apartment house for me for many years (more than 10 years). She also helped me sell the apartment house. She did it all. Since I live on the other side of the country (California) she was completely on her own. I would not hesitate to have her manage any unit I had in her area.
