She is very knowledgeable and if there is anything she doesn't know she takes the time to learn more about the situation ( solar panels). She found us the perfect home in Haines City. I would recommend Sanda to all my friends and family.

I have known Sanda for several years. When it came time to sell my home there was no other person I wanted to use. She was quick and very attentive to our needs and time frames. She got the right prospect to see our home and make it a easy transition. My wife and I will use her services again.

My Uncle's Daughter had passed away with cancer and she helped in so many ways you don't have enough space for me to write everything. You see I'm his caregiver, he is now 85 yrs old, in bad health. We live in Georgia and Cindy's place was in Fl. He allowed some other family member's to live in her place. After a few years the other family member's moved out, so we contacted Sandra. She was the one that he bought it from. Well a long story short the house was a wreak, she took care of everything as far as giving us contact in order to make the repairs. He could not make the trip. Sandra was a God send in the time of need. She also over seen the repairs being done. If I ever move to Fl. you can believe I will call her to find me a home. She went way above in helping, most of the time on her own time and from her heart. Thank You Sandra She should get Agent of the year for the whole state of FL. She is one of the most caring, honest people I have ever meet. She worked very hard to make sure my Uncle didn't loose a dime on the sale.
