Very accommodating with our schedule showing use a number of places for sale.

Sanda was always getting back to us in a timely manner. She knew what we were looking for and the price range. Meaning she just showed us houses that meet our criteria. She worked well with the listing realtors. She didn't rush us from one place to the other, giving us time to really look at each place. She suggested we revisit our top 3 - 6 top prospect to help us make the final decision. After the offer was accepted, she lead us through each step that needed to be done. She gave us list of contractors that we might need. She took time to meet with some contractors after we returned to Cincinnati. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. She was sweet and funny always making our day!!!!

Excellent Customer Service

Our experience with Sanda Andrews Greenwald was excellent. Sanda gave us several choices when we signed up to list No 9 Edinburgh. Advice about marketing with different values and strategies. Sanda worked tirelessly to insure we had the latest information on our house. Our house was shown in all vendors related to real estate transactions. In addition, as we live out of town, Sanda took care of insuring all our utilities were handled correctly. We would recommend her services to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate. Above and Beyond

Since we were not in Florida while our house was on the market, Sanda went above and beyond getting our house sold. She took care of all the aspects of selling our house as well as trivial things that we needed done. She was always available to take our phone calls. She gave us her thoughts on offers but we always made the decisions. She made us feel as though we were her only clients when in fact we weren’t. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, hard working agent.
