•Melissa recently both led us in buying our new home in Mineola, TX and then selling our existing home in Sulphur Springs, TX. She was nothing short of excellent in her guiding us through the buying process (and selling process), which included us having her show us over a dozen homes. She provided excellent advice and suggestions that helped us make our decision. In the end, my wife and I finalized on what we consider "a perfect house" for us. Both in buying and selling, she worked with the buying/selling agents of the other homes as well as the lenders and title companies to ensure all documentation was completed and signed. Lots of busy work but Melissa handled every thing flawlessly. Melissa was the best and I highly recommend her.
