Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed of all progress. His pictures of the house were amazing. When the closing was delayed due to buyer’s issues, he was very diligent in doing what he could to expedite it. I would recommend him over and over again!

Andrew was nice until we signed the contract, after that he was rude and misrepresenting of our interests. Andrew stated that he was just a messenger. He didn't explain us ,what is the contingency loan is, saying that its a just a regular loan with 20% percent down. But we were waiting for the closing for extra 3 additional weeks. We didn't feel that he was representing our interests. He was disrespectful during the process of negotiating with the buyers agent. Highly disappointed.

Cynthia Wertz was a great real estate professional to work with! I found her to be caring, understanding and she listened to our requests, needs and sometimes demands and always provided us with up-to-date information. I flew in and out of town to find a property. She was so accommodating when it came to showing me properties on my very tight time line, we went to property after property until we found the right one. When we did find the right one there was a bit of negotiating that had to transpire to actually get us to the close the deal and she did a great job! On the 11th hour (literally 1 hour before closing) during our walk-through we found an issue that nearly kabashed the whole deal, but being the professional she is she was able to get someone out there who diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution and even got the seller to cover the entire repair! I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs she is simply the best!!
