Cynthia was ALWAYS very quick to respond to any questions I had, no matter how minor, and promptly notified me of any action required on my part. Cynthia Wertz was a great real estate professional to work with! I found her to be caring, understanding and she listened to our requests, needs and sometimes demands and always provided us with up-to-date information. I flew in and out of town to find a property. She was so accommodating when it came to showing me properties on my very tight time line, we went to property after property until we found the right one. When we did find the right one there was a bit of negotiating that had to transpire to actually get us to the close the deal and she did a great job! On the 11th hour (literally 1 hour before closing) during our walk-through we found an issue that nearly kabashed the whole deal, but being the professional she is she was able to get someone out there who diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution and even got the seller to cover the entire repair! I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs she is simply the best!!
