Brad zeroed in on the strongest features to sell my parents’ home and highlighted them with the write-up and the photography. He changed the furniture around and made it more attractive. He recommended a painter and a repairman. Both were high quality and reasonably priced. I live 3 hours away and could not be running back and forth to ready the house for each showing. He was always willing to go the extra mile when I needed his assistance. Brad would ready the house a few hours before every showing. He opened the blinds, curtains and sliders, put the lights on and set comfortable AC temps as well. He communicated every time a showing was scheduled. He returned by end of day to check on the house and return it to perfect condition. He very promptly shared customers’ feedback on the house within 24 hours. He never pressured me to change my price. He was very respectful and said, “It’s your home.” He was willing to do a whole new set of comps after 4 months on the market. He always took my calls and always responded to my texts. When an offer came in, he explained it in detail and helped it move forward. He worked well with the other realtor and stayed on top of incorrect details till they were resolved.
