Market knowledge, availability, helpful contacts for home repair/maintenance

Keith was very confident of the pricing, marketing, and overall sales process of my home. Even in the dead of fall/winter with what appeared to be little serious activity, we stayed true to his plan with occasional adjustments where needed and ultimately found an ideal buyer. His network of house repair and maintenance contacts was extensively used, saving me a lot of time, grief and money. Overall, a very positive experience.
