As first time home buyers, my husband and I felt a bit like lambs to the slaughter in the beginning. There truly is no “how to buy” quick guide that you’re given at 30, unless you happen to stumble upon an agent as wonderful as Jennifer. We had heard about her from family members, and even months before we were going to be looking she took her time to let us know what to expect, the things to avoid doing, and how to get started. This was hugely comforting, and became wildly beneficial later down the road. After narrowing down what we liked, it took us just over a week to find the perfect home—after only having to tour one other! Jennifer was so confident, attention detail oriented, and logical as she walked us through how a day in the life could flow, it just felt natural. But this only came after she let our imaginations and curiosities guide us there, which I so appreciated. Then, after we submitted the offer on our dream home, she had us through closing and moving in 19 days. In this time, Jenn-ing became a regular term in the house, because she was cranking away getting us the best terms, making sure we’d pass our VA home loan inspections, and working the mortgage company and other agent to just get things done. We even had a minor roof treatment added! Truly can’t recommend Jennifer enough, thank you so much for making it all possible and painless!!
