Gibbs knowledge of this area of Florida is not surpassed. he was aways quick to understand our needs and wants and was particularly good at finding properties that matched those desires. h and Greg were very patient in taking us places and listening to our concerns. He would provide input about properties that far surpassed any literature, advertisement or website. His knowledge of structure and location was highly beneficial to our selection of the home we eventually purchased. On our first use of Gibbs' vast knowledge, he sold our home as soon as it was put on the market, and most importantly found our next home within minutes of the sale.
