We met Adam while seeing an open house, and in conversation, he brought up a nearby property that he was aware of that he thought might fit our needs. It did. Adam guided us through the offer process and into and through the closing. He is from the area and knows all the little details. He was honest and lived up to everything that he said he would take care of for us.
Greg Zimmerman was our buyers agent and he helped us throughout the buying process. We weren't familiar with professionals in the area and once our offer was accepted, he helped us move quickly with inspector options, and being at the property for inspections even when we weren't able to be there. Greg and Gibbs are both great to work with. Overall we would use Greg Zimmerman and the Gibbs Baum team again. We highly recommend, they get the job done.
