Tony has been the absolute best! My husband and I were moving from California to New York. We did not have an exact location that wee needed to be in. Tony became our go to guy. He went above and beyond with helping us find a house even with us being 3000 miles away. He did video tours for us and he gave us his real opinion about some of the houses we looked at. We really felt like we could trust him and that he had our best interest at heart. I don't know how we would have gotten through this process without him. I highly recommend Tony if you need a realtor!!! He really went above and beyond for us!
The saying goes that ‘you get what you pay for’ - Mr. Giacovelli exceeds that on many levels. The value of his knowledge and dedication is inestimable. His work ethic, patience, and gregarious nature are priceless. In spite of being in a profession where the goal is to make a sale, there was never a moment where we felt pressured. Quite the opposite - our interactions were always about assuring our happiness and finding the house we felt was right for us. Admittedly, there were times I would have classified ourselves as on the ‘difficult’ end of the spectrum but we always received a smile and assurance that Tony sincerely felt our satisfaction was the only concern. To that end, he put in the hours and work beyond the scope that any commission would merit. If I have not sufficiently praised Tony, I can further sum up our enthusiasm in one word - trust. We came to New York from California and met Tony to see a few houses. We only had a couple of days and then we had to go back without having seen anything we liked. After our interaction with Tony, I told him that we put our full faith in him including our need to protect our interest as our ‘eyes’ in New York. In any house we found, he was our true advocate, guide, and negotiator. We could not have been represented any better.
Anthony helped me purchase an empty piece of land. I was already sure about the property I was interested in and did not need to negotiate price, so the transaction was relatively simple. Still, I had very little experience buying real estate, and Anthony was very helpful walking me through each step of the process. He responded promptly to all my questions and was friendly and easy to work with. I would be happy to work with him again.
Throughout the entire process of selling our home and purchasing our new home, Tony was incredibly helpful. I have already recommended Tony to my friends. From the start, he was amiable, and very approachable. I didn't feel like he was going to sell me something I didn't want; he heard my requirements and showed me numerous houses to consider. I never felt rushed, or that I was wasting his time. He had a smile that exuded friendliness, his business sense was astute, his professionalism and moral compass was manifest. I think one of his greatest assets is his approach to relationships - a genuine people person; honest to a fault. I didn't feel that I had found a salesperson; I felt like I had found a friend. And with all that being said, he also found my house for me and helped negotiate with the seller on my behalf!
