I started my house search in summer '24 with Tony but it wasn't until spring '25 that I became serious with the effort. Although there was a long gap in between, Tony showed the same courtesy and professionalism in showing me the properties in this area. He guided me through the buying process while coordinating with my attorney and the seller's agent. I had many concerns through the buying process especially when there were tenants, but Tony was quick to act on it. He worked with the seller's agent to get clarity on different scenarios and ultimately helped clear all my doubts. It was a wonderful buying experience at the end. I told Tony that I will reach out to him again next time (hopefully next year!) when I am ready to buy another property in this area. Anthony did a great job, from the beginning to the closing. I chose Anthony from a recommendation, not knowing any agents personally. We met, he reviewed the property to be sold and immediately had a good idea of the price to start at. A photographer was immediately scheduled and shortly after the listing was live. Within hours we had buyer interest and shortly after had a contract for more than I expected! Anthony stayed in touch as needed up until we closed and was always open and available for questions as we moved along. Anthony is also a very personable guy. Tony made the process of buying our first home so easy. He always got back to us right away, always giving us recommendations of services we could use and people that were trustworthy since we were very inexperienced with the house buying process.
