While I was busy coordinating the sale of my CO house and coordinating work changes, I also experienced several challenges on the NY real estate process that I had no knowledge about. Tony guided me though these challenges with his calming manner to get us to a successful closing on my new home. I don’t think I could have made it through this process, especially with the majority being remote from across the country, without his expertise. Anthony did a great job, from the beginning to the closing. I chose Anthony from a recommendation, not knowing any agents personally. We met, he reviewed the property to be sold and immediately had a good idea of the price to start at. A photographer was immediately scheduled and shortly after the listing was live.
