They helped us set the right price; staged it; photographed it; quickly lined up contractors when we desperately needed them; helped us navigate through the negotiations and lawyered-up contracts; took care of open house and showings; patiently provided emotional support (a biggee!); and yes, quickly sold the house at great price.
