Alissa helped me to purchase my first home. I can’t thank her and Karen Brown from Heckman mortgage enough. With The current rental prices so high, I decided at the last minute I would try to purchase a home. I didn’t have much time, as my current landlord was wanting to sell as soon as possible I had less than two months to move out. Karen referred me to Alissa. Alissa has the patience of a Saint! I knew absolutely nothing about purchasing a home. I had so many questions and so much anxiety throughout the whole process she was so calming and confident and I made it through because of her. I don’t know if you’ve tried looking at the market lately but the house prices have gone through the roof and the supply of houses available is pretty limited. The competition is tremendous. There are buyers that are paying well over the appraisal price right now and my personal situation was not where I was financially able to do that at this time. I was just able to save enough for the down payment and I was going with an FHA loan to keep my down payment to 3 1/2% at that. So, any conventional buyers or cash buyers or people with money to pay above the appraisal price were going to beat me out every time. Alyssa was very knowledgeable with the market and was able to find houses before they were listed on the MLS to look at -and ones that were just popping up same day on the MLS. The house that she found for us is an absolute dream. It feels like it was custom-made for my son and I. It is absolutely beautiful and when I look around I get tears in my eyes and just want to pinch myself and still cannot believe it’s real. Words can’t describe how I feel owning this home and the patience and understanding and attention that Alisa gave me through the process… I’ll never be able to thank her enough!! Moved in less than two months! Thank you very much Alissa I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about purchasing a home! Thank you Alissa and Future Home Realty!!
