We recently bought our first home with the HUGE help from Damla. Before meeting with Damla we spent about 2 years dreaming the dream and about good 6-8 months being kicked around by only commission motivated agents who has no real interest getting us the right place that we can call it home. To make things even more complex we were trying to buy home during the limitations of Covid and we were also living in California and trying to buy a house in Florida, we did not know anything about the market and how to position our offer. When we met her over the phone we instantly felt that she is a true listener , she understood our familys home buying goals, our kid's needs and our budget and gave us very specific locations that would be serving us well and meeting all the requirements with our home purchase. She created variety of portfolios in several parts of the geography and continuously kept us informed with the new properties coming into market before they even get published. She and her team plenty of trips to each property that we were interested on a quick notice and showed every location to us instantly. She and her team was our eyes in the area and anything that we missed they brought to our attention so everything was super transparent to us. There were many times we were tempted to join the bandwagon and start going into bidding war and she actually grounded us with the actual market data and kept us informed about the mistakes we were about to make. Today sitting here in my lovely new home, I am glad I listened Damla and did not buy that ugly house that we thought it worth it! Once we found the right home, she contacted the buyers agent we had our offer and after few back and forth, we got our home in less than 2 hours. Yes getting into that point took us time which is us really learning the market from Damla and truly understanding how to analyze the right place with the proper price offer. Damla really cares about you and she will get your dream home!

I was fortunate to look at a house Steve and Sandra had listed in 2003. Their knowledge, professional demeanor, accessibility and responsiveness led me to buy one of their listings and give them the listing on my house in South Tampa. I purchased a house in Lutz through them, and we have now had 5 closings together. They have always answered my questions and go the extra mile. Example: the house I just purchased had a security system I could not power down. ADT refused to come out and remove the equipment (I prefer a Ring system). I also had trouble removing the seller’s code in the front door lock. The seller was not responsive. After the closing, Sandra researched the 2 systems online and came out to successfully remove the prior codes and powered down the security system so my painters could remove the panel and devices. They just genuinely care about their clients, and will devote all the time it takes to find the right property, sell yours, and will handle all the details. I can recommend their services without reservation. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.
