Victor Crespo was referred to me upon reaching out to a realtor who I had worked with when originally moving to Florida and into my previous home. The prior agent's referral was anything but a disappointment - Victor is a fantastic agent. Besides being friendly, well-spoken, and articulate, he is as professional and as hard working of a residential real estate agent as I have ever worked with (this being my 4th home that I've purchased in 3 different states / cities). The buying process of my now current home went relatively smoothly on the buying side but was anything but in terms of the interactions with the seller and seller's agent. Yet Victor stayed vigilant throughout the process, documenting everything discussed in a timely and professional manner, communicating the proper sense of urgency when needed. Here's the deal - I always felt that my interests were being well-represented throughout the buying process. Victor himself is as responsive as any agent I've ever worked with. And the fact is, he's a solid guy, period. He's now part of my "dream team", along with my lender and insurance agent (the latter being a solid referral from Victor), so when I want to do this again, I know I'll only need to make one phone call - to Victor and Future Home Realty.
