Irma Ruiz exceeded all my expectations with the purchase of our new home. She was always responsive to our many inquiries about the different houses. She provided numerous emails showing houses in the area. She was very patient with us as we toured houses, made bids, and wanted more information about other neighborhood. We changed our minds plenty of times but Irma remained calm and provided excellent professional advice. The seller agent told me that if it wasn't for Irma I would not have had the bank owned home we bought close as fast as it did. Irma is a true professional and advocate for her clients. She treats each transaction like it was her buying the home so you know she cares about you and not just the commission.

The best way to describe Janina is in a complimentary positive aspect, she is unique. Unique people tend to think outside the box and words like cant and no are not deal killers to her. Another pair of winning features regarding Janina, my two favorite things, she is very ethical and unorthodox meaning she is a person of her word and efforts and refuses live in, "this is the way everybody else does it world". I am a hard money lender and home restorer. I consider myself relatively savvy person in Real Estate, growing up with a mother who was a Florida Broker for over 30 years, I called it "In Home Schooling: LOL. Saying that means I can recognize Good, Bad and Ugly in the natures of Real Estate and personnel. I am also extremely direct, considered by many tough and if I was not impressed and completely satisfied with Janina's abilities and appreciated her great qualities of knowledge and negotiation skills I would as quickly comment same as well. I am happy to say Janina has contributed to my success. Just remember like any profession there are different levels of abilities and should you want to cut to the chase simply team up with Janina and you should be on your way to a good buying or selling experience. If I could, I would give Mannie 10 stars! She and her team are absolutely amazing. I met her on Facebook when we were months out pcsing from Hawaii to Florida. It was a 6 hour time difference and she went out of her way to assist us in purchasing our home a couple years ago. As we were looking for a home in Holiday FL we came across 3 realtors who spent a lot of time tell us what couldn't be done. But we met Janina completely accidentally standing alongside the house we wanted. I told her that if she thought it could be done, that we would take it. When everyone else said it couldn't be done, she got it done. Even with extremely difficult sellers, Janina persevered. She had contacts that helped find finance, and pros to do any work needed with one phone call. My opinion comes down to this, if you are going to use a realtor, you may as well get a shark. Contacted her 2 years ago about retiring and buying a house in Florida. She kept in touch the whole time and when the time came we told her what we were looking for and after a couple of showings she found us our dream home. She made the house buying process real easy, negotiated for the best deal and was always there to answer our questions. Buyer always comes first and with Manuela those are not just words, she really means it.
