Mannie is amazing! We were first-time homebuyers and living overseas when we first contacted her to start our house hunt. She answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner (despite the 14 hour time difference) and sent us so many homes to consider. Once we arrived to do the house hunt in person she was very thorough and always pointed out the pros and cons of each house; she wasn’t going to let us make a bad decision! We were purchasing a home right when the COVID-19 pandemic ramped up and Mannie made sure to have health protocols in place when we were viewing homes to make sure everyone stayed healthy, which we really appreciated. When it came time to put an offer on a house she listened to all our wishes, made suggestions based off her experience, and went up to bat for us a few times. She made sure we weren’t being taken advantage of during the whole process and frequently kept in touch to make sure things were running smoothly. We’re so glad we had Mannie help us buy our first home and guide us through the process and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
