No one I've talked to believes how easily and quickly I was able to sell my house. In my opinion this has everything to do with Mannie and her team. This was my first time selling and with that came a lot of anxiety since I didn't even know what to expect. Not only did Mannie take time to listen to my mental breakdown, she then showed me exactly how everything will play out and why it will work the way it does. I especially appreciated this given the pandemic and the uncertainty of the market. I can not stress enough how much of relief it was to have Mannie on my side throughout this whole process, we managed to sell above market value and faster than I thought was even possible.
