We decided to sell our home in Tampa while we were in Colorado in our RV shortly after the pandemic erupted. Overwhelmed with the monumental task of emptying a house from afar, Sandra and her husband Steve had our backs every step of the way. They listed the house, and within a couple of days we had FOUR offers. Sandra and Steve coordinated every needed repair. They worked with my neighbor to help dispose of furniture we didn't want to keep. And they worked with the other realtor and buyer to negotiate and compromise on terms. Closing ended up happening two weeks earlier than anticipated. We could not possibly be happier with our experience with Sandra and Steve Vigil.

Punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, diligent and over all better and easier to work with than I thought possible. Made my experience seem like a breeze. Steered me in the right path in all aspects of my transaction. Got me a better contract than I expected. I was blow away with the knowledge and reach John had and his patience with me and my stress was incredible! My stress didn’t have time to start before John swooped in to calm it down. I have had other agents before but John is one to remember and one to call again upon any real estate needs. It was such a pleasure and I couldn’t be happier or more great-full to have such an agent. The care and dedication I recited is something that is looked beyond but not by John. A great transaction and a great relationship built . Realtor of the year hands down!!!!!!!

Anna was wonderful to work with as a realtor. When we first began our home search we had never purchased a home before and were floundering a bit on our own. Anna really helped us feel comfortable with the whole process and kept in constant contact to answer any and all questions we had. She was also very gracious in showing all of the properties we had interest in (probably close to 30) because we were back and forth over a few different locations.
