This is the second time we have worked with Debi - first to buy our home and now to sell it. Both experiences have been phenomenal. She helped us sell during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic and with her help, we were able to sell for well above what we were expecting, with 5 offers in 48 hours! She went above and beyond and was always available to answer questions, reassure, and help us adapt to unforseen circumstances of which there were many! We sold from out of state and she checked on the home every few days, stayed there for hours while repairs were done, and made everything incredibly easy. Chris maintained constant communication on the sale of my cousin's condo. I live in New York and he gave constant updates on the progress, made suggestions when some aspects went sideways, and called with assessments and suggestions after checking on the property. The sale went through with very few obstacles. I would definitely use his services for any property transactions in Florida that I may encounter in the future.
