I found Derek on Facebook and you are always wary of meeting people from social media. But Derek is a gem! He is well liked & regarded in the industry, he will go above & beyond for his clients. His knowledge of the area and contacts in the industry make him an excellent agent to use. The process was smooth and successful, even checking on the builders, sending photo updates and FaceTime walk-throughs to keep me up to date.
