So today October 1st 2020 i am literally forcing myself to stop doing everything else in my life and stop to write a review about Manuela Woodrum PLLC - Tampa Military Specialist because everyone needs to know how hard she worked for me from day one! She got the asking price way down for me and made sure! sure! i got everything that could be included in my new home! I have the whole gamet thanks to her for example a washer and dryer! wooo hoooo! and when it came down to going back and forth with the lender I got an amazing interest rate way lower than the one they wouldn't budge on when just talking to me. Mannie used her magic once again for me and did only what she can do and got them to go down 2 more points! WOW!!! so unprovoked and way way after I should have written a review originally I am taking the time to do so now because I know if you pick her she will work magic for you too!

We were in our new house and then we wanted to sell the house we were living in in Tampa. Sandra gave us excellent advise about timing and house prep. We got full price offers on day one and over asking on day two. As all offers were VA and our roof became an issue as it was approaching the end of its usefull life.
