Manny was WONDERFUL! My family moved from Virginia to Seminole just this last week and she worked with us virtually to purchase our home. The first house we actually offered on we were successful ! We used a VA loan, did full ask, and had everything closed in 30 days from the initial offer with her recommended mortgage broker Rob Hinsch. I know we got lucky finding Mannie in this market and her speed and Robs was essential in getting an offer in fast! Plus she brought us vegan bakery items after we got to FL and that made me SO happy because my daughter is allergic to milk and eggs so now we have a head start on finding all the vegan options in our area thanks to her knowledge!

I was purchasing the property remotely and viewing homes through Sandra's phone video. Because I am not physically there, it's quite challenging to decide whether it's your dream home or not.
