Nicole is an incredible agent. Her knowledge, patience and persistence were so appreciated I'm a new buyer in Florida. My favorite story is when, on no notice, Nicole called and arranged to have a nearby major hotel turn off the pool lights so I could see what the view would look like after the pools closing time. As an owner of a property on Solterra Resort, in Davenport-FL, I had read a recommendation of Mr. Donnelly someone posted on our Facebook owners group about a year ago and I made a note of that. When I decided to sell my house I called him and we had a meeting when, to my good surprise, he said the house worth was over 10% of what I had expected. I had thought it would take some months to be sold and it happened in just 15 days, and he made a follow-up during all the process up to the closing. It was amazing. I just can highly recommend him.

We contacted Nicole to sell our wonderful home. We were planning on relocating out of state and we had a general idea of when we wanted to list the house. Nicole and her partner, Alex were both very professional and very flexible. We found a house to buy much sooner than anticipated and they were able to push our listing timeline up months before our original list day. They work very well as a team, and we were able to list and sell our house in a very timely manner- by the end of the weekend. The process with Nicole and Alex was very smooth and painless.
