There's not enough space to write how great Cathy has been through all this. With her advice and expertise we were able to buy and sell our current home within 2 months. We had many hurdles, mountains of paperwork, offer issues, and many more headaches and she always had an answer we could count on. With her expert advice and guidance we closed on our new home and our old home on time, with little to no headache. We also got full asking price on our townhome which is always great.
