My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Tiffanie Piazza, our realtor from Future Home Realty. We met Tiffanie during the Fall of 2025 when we decided to sell our home. It wasn’t long before we discovered what a dedicated worker she was. She went above and beyond assisting us in preparing our home for the market as well as finding our new home. Services Tiffanie provided to sell our home were as follows: • Requested quotes from several companies and set up appointments to remove and reinstall the solar panels and to install a new roof. • Assisted in contacting the property management company to expedite approval for installation of the new roof. • Assisted in calling companies for pay-off amounts for our active loans. • Made several suggestions in preparing the interior for the open house as well as providing plants, bedding, and bathroom supplies to maximize the effect. • Provided a professional house cleaner prior to the open house. • Assisted in moving some of our belongings to short-term storage.
