•My first experience with my agent, Scott Rogers, occurred over 4 years ago when I stumbled across his web site, harrisonburghousingmarkettoday.com, when I was looking for a short term house purchase in the harrisonburg/JMU area. His web site was full of detailed information on the Harrisonburg market. We also spoke on the phone and it became immediately clear that Scott really knows the market and is a genuine, nice guy that enjoys spending the time to educate a newbie like myself. When it came time in present day to sell that house, I immediately contacted Scott to be our agent as I knew we would be in good hands. We were so glad we did as he was the perfect agent. He was very knowledgeable of the current market, communicated the selling process and steps ahead very well. Scott was also very professional, genuine, and kind throughout and always treated us as we were his only customer with immediate responses to our questions. I always felt like I was talking with an old friend. The sale of our home went extremely smooth (e.g., in contract within a week of listing) and Scott kept us informed in advance of next steps. We honestly have Scott to thank for how smooth our sale went. Great guy and agent!
