Through the entire process, Courtney advocated on our behalf. I would email/text/call multiple times a day with questions and concerns and without fail she would answer every question we had. When the builder didn’t respond quickly enough, she was on it! She always offered an ear if I needed someone to complain to when the process became too stressful, insight when I needed help, and celebrated each milestone with us as the building processes were completed. She became more like a friend than our realtor and I appreciated that kind of rapport because it felt less like a business transaction and more like someone who truly cared about their client.
