Chandler made the process of selling my house incredibly easy. He was always accessible whenever I had questions, and explained everything thoroughly since this was my first time selling a home. It also helped that he was very familiar with the Seminole Heights area. When I wanted to make some improvements prior to listing, he provided me with referrals for handymen, painters, plumbers, etc., which certainly helped so I didn't have to make a ton of calls for quotes. Chandler was friendly, approachable and informative -- all qualities you definitely want in a realtor!
