Our family has owned a beach house on Anna Maria Island for 40 years. We have rented that property during the winter months through Fran Maxon real estate. Stephanie Bell was a top notch realtor end to end. Her communication and response times were fantastic. I was selling a property from afar and could not be onsite. She was able to offer her advice and local expertise and put my mind at rest by handling all the details that I could not get to from a long distance.
