FRAN MAXON REAL ESTATE

Stephanie Bell at Fran Maxon Real Estate was exceptional. She was always responsive and kept me updated along the way. Her knowledge and opinions on the sale of my property were priceless. I was selling from long distance (another State) and she made the transaction seamless just like I was there. I highly recommend her if you don’t want to feel like a ‘number’ but a real person. You always feel like you have someone on your side! On many occasions, she went above and beyond to help me through this challenging transaction, and I knew it would go smoothly because she was there. Can’t say enough about my pleasant experience!

Stephanie helped us navigate the complex issues we had in selling our parents' home after they both passed. The home was neglected, outdated, and needed a lot of work to become sellable. Stephanie pointed us to the right people, guided us in focusing on what truly needed to be corrected, and got us the best cash offer possible. Stephanie and Rich were one of the best things to come out of this trying situation. Thank You!
