Barbara Korabel did an amazing job finding a home for my husband and I when we moved to Middletown a few months ago. After just meeting us and showing us a few houses she was able to determine what type of home was best for our lifestyle and sure enough we went out the next day and found the perfect place for us. Barbara is very knowledgeable about the area, is a quick study on homes, what work they'll need, if the appliances and systems are in good working order and if it will be a good resale down the road. I was most impressed by her amazing negotiation skills and the ability to keep on top of everyone from the banker to the lawyers. It was truly a pleasure working with Barbara on our NY move! Working with Barbara was a pleasure
Working with Barbara was a pleasure. She continually checked in on all the parties involved with the Short Sale Closing to keep them moving along and working toward the deadline date I needed. She also kept me informed of the things I needed to do at each step. She offered names of local lawyers, inspectors, and insurance people as well as talking to the homeowners to get the information we needed from them. All of her recommendations were excellent. The closing would not have gone through in the time we needed without her. She then helped me to find a rentor for the property and navigate all the contract paperwork needed for that transaction as well. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
